Gulliver and Tate happen to be young recruits of the British Army who are serving the peace mission in Iraq. In the wake of the war, it is tough to maintain peace inside the country. The platoon loses hope when the company captain, Godber, dies in a bomb explosion while on a patrol. Things go for a spiral at the camp as the platoon starts looking for possible suspects. A lot of rules are broken that night. As the platoon returns to England, soldiers go around with different versions of the war. Gulliver, however, lands in trouble as Shelley, his betrayed girlfriend, exposes some war photos to the British Police. Gulliver and Tate are brought to court martial as the two undergo trauma of whether to choose truth or not.
